We audit checkouts the way shoppers use them
UXFix is a small team in Amman, Jordan building an automated UX audit for online stores. An agent walks your product page, cart and checkout in a real browser, then scores what it saw against a rulebook we publish in full. We built it because the research on why shoppers leave has existed for years, and almost nobody was applying it to a particular shop in a few minutes.
It shops, it does not read code
The agent adds a product to the cart, reaches the checkout and judges what a shopper would see. A rule on a step the walk could not reach is dropped from the score, never guessed at.
Every finding carries a revenue band
A failing rule is a range of money at risk, not just a deduction from a score. The ranges are estimates built from published research, and they are labelled as estimates wherever they appear.
Agents are shoppers too
Part of the rulebook asks whether an AI shopping assistant can find, read and buy from the store at all. It is scored beside the human findings, on the same walk.
Nobody pays to be ranked
- Nobody pays to be audited, ranked or left out. The stores on the boards are there because they were audited, and a store cannot buy its way on or off.
- Published audits are independent. We name the store, the date and the version of the rulebook. A store may reply, and a reply is published as it was sent.
- Every statistic carries the number of stores behind it and the date it was measured. A figure below its minimum sample is printed as not available, never estimated.
- Corrections are made on the page they affect, and the page says it was corrected.
A small team wearing more than one of these at a time. UXFix LLC, registered in Amman, Jordan.
Press, corrections and replies from a store we published all go to the same address, and a person reads it. For anything about your own audit, the help center answers faster.
