Common questions
18 articlesIs this a real audit or an automated scan? The audit
Both. UXFix walks your store the way a shopper does, judges every page against the published rules, decides what deserves fixing first based on money, and writes the steps for you. What it does not do today: change your store itself. That is next, and only with your approval.
Do I need to install an app?The audit
No. Just paste your store URL. We visit the same public pages any customer sees.
Does it change anything in my store? The audit
Nothing. It only reads, adds to a guest cart, and stops before payment. No card entered, no order, no account.
How long does an audit take? The audit
Usually two to four minutes. We walk the product page, the cart and the checkout, collect the evidence, and score it. You can close the tab: the report waits in your dashboard and we email you when it is ready.
Which platforms do you support? The audit
Any storefront we can open in a browser. Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, Magento and BigCommerce are all tested, and custom builds work too. If we cannot reach yours, the audit fails and costs you nothing.
Does it work on a store in any language? The audit
Yes. Prices in any currency, buttons in any wording, and pages that run right to left. The report itself comes in your language.
What is in the free report?Plans and billing
Your score, your grade, and seven issues across product page, cart and checkout, including your single biggest critical. Every passing check is shown too, so you can see all 115 rules ran.
Can I get a full report without subscribing?Plans and billing
Yes. Unlock everything we found on one store for $29, once. No subscription, and no re-audits.
What counts as a store?Plans and billing
One shop, one web address. Free covers three, Pro seven and Agency thirty. Auditing a store you have already added does not use up another one.
What happens if an audit fails?Plans and billing
Nothing comes off your allowance. If we cannot reach your store, you were not charged for it.
Can I cancel anytime?Plans and billing
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, with no contract. Everything you have already run stays yours, and your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for.
What does my score mean?Your report
It is the weighted share of the rules we could judge that your store gets right, from 0 to 100, across 115 rules on your product page, cart and checkout. Critical rules weigh four times as much as low ones, and the checkout carries half the score. The Methodology page has the full formula.
What is coverage, and why is it next to my score?Your report
Coverage is how much of the applicable rulebook we could actually judge on your store that day. A score over half the rules is a different claim from a score over all of them, so we always print the two together.
Why does a finding say not assessable?Your report
We could not judge that rule on your store, usually because bot protection or a region lock stopped the walk before the step it needs. It is left out of your score entirely and it lowers your coverage figure, so the gap is visible. We never guess, and it never counts as a fail. A finding that says not applicable is a different thing: the rule had nothing to judge on your store, such as swatches on a product with no variants, and it is not counted against your coverage either.
What is the AI Shoppers score?Your report
A separate score for whether an AI shopping agent can read your price, stock and shipping and complete a purchase. It is reported beside your main score and is never blended into it.
Are the revenue-at-risk numbers measured on my store?Your report
No. They are estimates, shown as ranges and labelled as such, modelled from published cart and checkout abandonment research. We do not have access to your analytics.
Do you publish my store?Published audits
Never without your consent. The audits shown here were either approved by their owners, or run by us as published audits.
My store has a published audit. Can it be corrected or removed?Published audits
Yes. Anyone at a named store can have their page corrected, re-checked or removed by emailing [email protected]. A re-run updates the page in place at the same address.
