Which stores are in this ranking?
Every store we have a complete audit for and are free to name: 147 right now, of which 39 have a published report you can open. The rest are our own runs, listed with their score and marked private. A customer's audit is never listed unless they agreed to have it published. Nobody can pay to join the list or to leave it.
How often does it change?
It is published every three months. The board for a quarter is frozen when that quarter ends, so a ranking you read or shared keeps saying what it said. The current quarter keeps updating as new audits are published, and a new edition begins on the first day of the next one.
What does a cart of 42 mean?
Grade bands are fixed: A from 85, B from 75, C from 60, D from 45, and F below that. Every score on this page comes from the same rules, run the same way, so two stores here are directly comparable.
