UXFix.ai is operated by UXFix LLC, registered at Amman, Jordan, Not applicable. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person or business using the service.

Payments are taken by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record. The provider is the seller on your receipt and handles sales tax. Their terms also apply to the payment itself.

You give us the address of an online shop. We visit it with a real browser the way a shopper would, look at the product page, cart and checkout, and judge what we find against a fixed, published set of 115 rules. You get a report: a score, which rules passed and failed, a screenshot of each issue, and suggested fixes.

• A score is an opinion, not a measurement of your revenue. It says how the shop performs against our rulebook. It is not a prediction of sales, and we never promise a commercial outcome from acting on it.
• We tell you what we could not check. Rules we were unable to judge are reported as not assessable. We do not guess an answer to fill a gap, and a report with gaps is the honest result rather than a fault.
• We may not be able to audit every shop. Some sites block automated visitors. Where that happens we say so and do not charge you for a report we could not produce.

By submitting an address you confirm you are entitled to have that shop audited, either because it is yours or because its owner has asked you to. We only look at pages any member of the public could reach. We do not sign in, we do not attempt to bypass access controls, and we never complete a purchase or submit payment details on a shop we audit.

Screenshots taken during an audit are of publicly reachable pages. They are stored as the evidence behind each finding, and shown to you and to anyone you share the report with.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in link to yourself. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

One person or business per account. You may share individual reports with anyone using a share link.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, at the interval you chose. The price shown at checkout is the price charged, in your own currency, including any tax that applies where you are.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep everything on your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut off access the moment you click cancel, because you paid for that period.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

The expert review is no longer offered for sale. The terms below continue to apply to reviews bought before 11 August 2026: work already paid for is still owed and will be delivered.

The expert review was a separate one-off purchase. A qualified reviewer judges the rules a crawler cannot, checks the automated findings against your live shop, and returns a verified report. We aim to deliver within 48 to 72 hours.

That target is a commitment we take seriously but it depends on a person being available. If we cannot meet it we will tell you rather than let the date pass in silence, and if we cannot deliver at all we refund it in full.

We publish some audits of well-known shops on this site as examples of the work. Those are always audits of publicly reachable pages, and we never publish an audit of a customer's shop without their agreement. Your own audits are private to your account unless you choose to publish or share them.

• Submit shops you have no right to have audited.
• Resell or republish our reports as your own work, except where your plan explicitly allows your branding on them.
• Attempt to break, overload or work around limits on the service.
• Use the service to build a competing rulebook or audit product.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Audits depend on third-party shops being reachable, which is outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or business decisions made on the basis of a report. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where money is owed to you we will still pay it unless the breach was fraud.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so rather than quietly reposting the page, and the date at the top always reflects the last change of substance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, with disputes heard in the courts of Amman, and disputes are heard there.
