Which stores are in this ranking?
Every store we have a complete audit for and are free to name: 147 right now, of which 39 have a published report you can open. The rest are our own runs, listed with their score and marked private. A customer's audit is never listed unless they agreed to have it published. Nobody can pay to join the list or to leave it.
How is the year ranking worked out?
A store's year position is the average of the scores it was published with across this year's quarterly editions, 1 so far. One strong quarter cannot buy a year rank and one weak quarter cannot destroy one. Nothing is recalculated backwards: a quarter that was never published is simply not in the average.
What does a cart of 49 mean?
Grade bands are fixed: A from 85, B from 75, C from 60, D from 45, and F below that. Every score on this page comes from the same rules, run the same way, so two stores here are directly comparable.
