Why it matters

A video on the product page is set to autoplay with sound. Shoppers get audio blasted at them without asking.

Autoplay with sound is one of the most-hated UX patterns on the web. Modern browsers block it in most cases, but when it does play it destroys trust and gets the tab closed. It also violates WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidance.
